Days 36-37 Vladivostok
Still in Vladivostok.
On Thursday I had kind of nothing special to do. I took a little ride with Annie and sorted out my gear on the bike. I cannot import any oils, gas canisters or aerosols to my next destination so I decided to give them to the club. Maybe somebody can use them some day. In the evening I walked half an hour to Edward's home for a dinner. I really feel honored to have this kind of invitation.
Friday morning was great. Sun was shining and I rode to see the light house on the southern tip of Vladivostok. It was beautiful! A newly wed couple was there having their wedding photos taken. Statistically it's almost certain that they will divorce though. About 70% of marriages end up in divorce in Russia. That's really a lot. Even more than in Finland.
I also rode to see how Heinrich and Anna are getting on with the cleaning of their car. My plan is to clean the bike on Sunday. But why all this thing about cleaning? You will find out soon.
In the evening Edward took me to a hockey game with his son. It was the finals of 15 year old. Admiral Vladivostok vs some team I couldn't recognize. Maybe I should learn the Cyrillic alphabets. There were not so much people but it really felt like a bigger game. First some ice dancing and national anthem. And the boys really knew how to play. Admiral won the match 7-4.
To the end, some photos of the light house and surroundings

Pretty little light house
Russian Island Bridge
Probably a bit more expensive place to build a house?
