Days 49-50 Bangkok
Bangkok is noisy, dirty and crowded. Not a place for me at all.
I started my Wednesday with quite a late breakfast in the hotel. As a matter of fact I realized the room included breakfast just in the morning. Good for me as I was just about to leave somewhere to find something to eat.
After finishing my breakfast I had to enjoy a moment of air-conditioning. I planned to go to the zoo, but thought it might be too hot. The animals don't move much in the heat. But I have plenty of time to visit the zoo as I altered my plans. Originally my plan was to take a bus to Pattaya on Friday and continue to Cambodia on next Monday. Then slowly towards Vietnam. But as I realized South-East Asia isn't my place to be, I decided to book cheap flight to Finland departing next week. So I'll stay in Bangkok for another week. I'll be home for 2-3 weeks and fly to Malaysia around 20th of November.
Sometime during the day I decided to go for a walk. In one corner a tuktuk-driver started to talk to me. He said he'll take me to a ride for 100BAH. I hopped on and the ride begun. He took me to a clothes factory. I ordered three custom made silk shirts with short sleeves. And from another clothes factory I ordered three long sleeved cotton shirts. All custom made for me according to my measurements. No I can throw away all those old shirts that wont even fit me properly anymore.
In the evening I just walked around the area. Looking things and people. But during the night I got sick. I spent quite a lot of time in the toilet. Probably it's just the different bacteria compared to Russia and Japan.
Thursday was special day in Thailand. Their beloved king passed away more than a year ago and this day was the day of the funerals. All shops and restaurants closed their doors at 2 pm. Most will open next time on Friday morning, some will be closed until Saturday and some opened their doors after the official program At least Burger King was open at around six.

This kind of pictures are all over the city
Typical tuktuk
When there's not enough space on the ground one must go up. Trains run on elevated tracks.
There's a lot of this kind of buildings in Bangkok. Glass walls and many stairs.
Mourning the king
Somebody call the cable guy!!
Nice park
